Refund policy

Can I change an item?

If your order has been shipped, please wait to receive it and then contact our Customer Service to request a return. We remind you that once the confirmation has been made, the order can no longer be canceled. Before returning the Products, the Customer must request authorization to proceed with the return by completing the appropriate form that will be found inside the package. Based on the reason for the return, you will be given the procedure to follow.

I have received a product that I do not like or do not fit me well, what should I do?

If you don't like the product purchased, just request the return authorization using the appropriate form which can be sent by e-mail to help@dkbsport.com and send the package back at your expense at the warehouse indicated in the e-mail you will receive following the authorization confirmation. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and then, within about 30 days, the refund will be processed. The goods that will be returned in unsuitable conditions for return will not be refunded (see regulation in the point "right of withdrawal" in the Terms and Conditions section).

The refund will be automatically issued to the credit card you used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by e-mail to the address left in the order.

I have received a different product than the one ordered, what should I do?

In the event that the product you received should be different from the one you ordered, DKB will take full responsibility for the return. You will need to request the return authorization using the appropriate form, after which you will be provided with the instructions to define the collection service with the carrier, at no additional cost. As soon as the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and then, within about 30 days, the refund will be processed. The goods that will be returned in conditions not suitable for return will not be refunded. The refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by e-mail to the address left in the order.

I have received a defective product, what should I do?

Can I exchange a product purchased on DKB SHOP in the shop?

No. To replace a product you must always return it to the DKB online shop
